Embracing Holistic Wellness: Infiniti Yoga Programme

Starspur continues its mission of community care by introducing the Wellness Through Infiniti Yoga programme in collaboration with the Ananda Marga Yoga Society Singapore. Spanning from January to April 2023, this initiative brings forth a distinctive approach to yoga—Infiniti Yoga—encompassing the graceful movements of the figure 8, symbolizing boundless potential and well-being.

The primary goal of the programme was to train volunteers in Infiniti Yoga, enabling them to serve as instructors in diverse settings, including senior homes, educational institutions, and yoga centers. 

Over the course of the programme, 11 dedicated participants underwent comprehensive training, emerging as the inaugural cohort of certified Infiniti Yoga teachers through Starspur’s visionary initiative.

The outcomes were profound and far-reaching. Graduates reported enhanced flexibility, joint health, and overall vitality, facilitated by the gentle and inclusive nature of Infiniti Yoga, which accommodates individuals of varying fitness levels and ages. Equipped with their certificates, these newly minted teachers are now poised to share the transformative benefits of Infiniti Yoga, enriching the community with holistic wellness practices and fostering a culture of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Starspur’s commitment to wellness extends beyond addressing immediate needs, offering avenues for personal growth, community empowerment, and the cultivation of a thriving, balanced lifestyle through innovative programmes like Infiniti Yoga.
